The house was as described in the listing. There is a decent staircase to the entry that may be difficult for guests to climb.

Great house in a convenient location. Sonoma was experiencing a heat wave while we were there, and the air conditioning in the living room, dining room, and kitchen couldn’t keep up with the temperatures outside (not the fault of the owner). The bedrooms, however, remained cool.

Perfect for a group and close to lot vineyards and good eats. Positive: Location and house size. Perfect for our group. Close to wineries and many restaurants. Negative: Until we arrived, we weren’t aware there was a stairway to the front door. Would be good to mention.

Positive: The home was spacious and outside relaxing and chill. Location exceptional for driving through Sonoma and Napa

Positive: Loved the host and the great recommendations and amenities. We went to multiple of the places mentioned and we made great memories thanks to that, thank you very much! Negative: One thing that was too bad I think, it would have been good to know we can't enjoy a glass of wine outside after 9pm. I understand during the winter, but during the summer when it's still very bright outside and to enjoy the facilities, it is too bad we couldn't enjoy the facilities outside, especially being a respectful group of guests with my family (ie not a big bachelor party or else which I would have understood). Additionally, the neighbor was not very nice, which is too bad I'd say. Maybe because of past experiences with loud parties but we clearly weren't this type of guests.
